These are the commands the Builder rank may use. All commands from lower ranks are usable as well.

Creative:
/clear - Clears the players inventory
/give <item> <amount> - Same as the item command
/i <item> <amount> - Gives the player a specified amount of an item
/more - Gives the player more of the item they are holding
