1) Admins and Moderators are to be listened to and respected at all times. What they say, goes. If a Moderator asks you to do something, please respect them and obey
2) Moderators will never ask for your Minecraft or Forum password
3) If you have any complaint, request, or need of help, use the /helpop command and a Moderator will come to your aid
4) If none happen to be online at the time and /helpop does not provide Moderator assistance, post a question on the Help board in the forums
5) Admins and Moderators have full permission to move or destroy buildings and creations which any user creates on the server
6) Admins are required to provide a reason to the user for their creations removal or move
7) If a building is not in direct violation of a Build Policy, the user who created it will be notified three days prior to its move. The user will be allowed to choose a new location for their building.
8) Moving of items in chests and signs are not guaranteed, and the user should move these items on his own to ensure they are all moved with the creation
9) If the building or creation is in direct violation of any of our Build Policies, it can and will be destroyed without warning or notice to the owner
