1) Griefing on this server is defined as the destruction or theft of any server property or any other server user's property
2) Griefing includes destruction of property, building in a restricted area or on another user's project without their consent, stealing items out of other user's chests, or changing signs other user's have placed
3) Griefing does NOT include picking up items left on the ground or taking a dead player's loot, provided the user acquiring the items has defeated the dead through Player vs. Player combat
4) Griefing will be handled on a case by case policy, as no one rule will be able to handle all situations which can arise
5) Moderators will deal with punishment or pardons as they see fit
6) If you disagree with a punishment, please leave a thread on the Ban Appeal board; another Moderator will review the situation and either confirm or appeal the conclusion
7) Should you be the victim of griefing, please report it immediately to a Moderator
