1) Guests may not exit the starting spawn room until they have gained membership status
2) If you can walk to it, it is free for you to explore. Every restricted area has access prevented by jump height or plugins
3) The minecart stations and the Spruce Goose (red ship with two sails and teleports in its hull) are free to use by any member
4) Members are allowed access to the /warp command. Using /warp will bring a list of allowed warps while using /warp <name> will teleport you to that location
5) Members may also use /sethome to create a spawn for themselves outside of the spawn room. Using /home will warp you back to your home
